U.S. Senate rejects mandatory emissions cuts



The U.S. Senate on Wednesday soundly rejected a plan to force American industry to cut greenhouse gas emissions, in a vote that came a day after lawmakers approved voluntary reductions.

Talk about fumbling the ball on the one yard line,thanks to the majority rule in the senate,even if you volunteer to do something good they will vote it down. T.A.
